Clinical Supervision Training Program: Workshop Series Registration Fall 2026
August 18 - November 19

This 45-hour virtual, interactive training program prepares licensed clinicians for competent, ethical, and culturally responsive clinical supervision. The curriculum spans essential topics like administrative and relational foundations, supervision and cultural affirmation. Delivered through live workshops, the course combines didactic learning with case vignettes and experiential group activities.
Objectives of complete 45 hour training program:
- Describe the roles, functions, and responsibilities of effective clinical supervisors and establish a clear supervisory frame for both individual and group supervision.
- Apply theoretical models of clinical supervision to examine, articulate, and intentionally develop their supervisory style.
- Integrate legal and ethical responsibilities with reflective, relational, and culturally affirming approaches to effectively navigate supervisory challenges in both individual and group contexts.
- Demonstrate the intentional use of self in clinical supervision, including practices that support supervisee development, ethical gatekeeping, and sustainability and stewardship in the profession.

Prerequisite for 501: Completion of all 200-, 300-, and 400-level workshops or equivalent coursework approved by the instructor.
