Clinical Supervision for Licensure
Focused Clinical Supervision for Post-Graduate Clinicians (SWC, LSW, LPCC)
Transitioning from graduate student to independent practitioner is one of the most critical (and sometimes overwhelming) phases in a therapist’s career. Clinical supervision for licensure offers a structured space to make sense of your experiences, deepen your skills, and grow into your identity as a therapist.
Amie’s approach to clinical supervision for licensure is relational, reflective, and culturally affirming, ensuring you meet state requirements for Colorado and/or New Mexico while developing a sustainable, ethical, and trauma-informed professional identity. This service is available for Licensed Social Workers, Social Work Candidates, Professional Counselor Candidates, and Certified Addiction Specialists.
Regardless of format (individual or group), all supervisees receive:
- The Supervision Packet: Access to sample forms, tracking logs, and goal-setting templates.
- Between-Session Support: Free phone/email support (up to 15 minutes) for urgent questions.
- Comprehensive Feedback: Regular goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations
